Maybe We Are Clearing Our Cookies?: Astrology Transits for February 7th to 12th 2025

Well fam, it’s sure been hard to make myself do much these last few weeks. I had very dim energy and my fire was low. I’d come to sit down to write and feel incredibly tired and then have a 3 hour nap. It’s Aquarius/ Pisces mashup time, and there’s some allocation of energy in this pulse.
The Sun in Aquarius has a hard time being the centre and redistributes itself into a network of consciousness. Maybe we are clearing our cookies?
There was this mental/ emotional/ physical fatigue vibe, and I know I’m not the only one who felt it these last few weeks.. Some of us got sick, some of us melted into the wall. Mars is still retrograde in Cancer, giving us some internal heat/growth surrounding family, home, safety, mother figures, creative containers, memory, and nurturing.
Something is getting reviewed and changing what we want, and this is the kind of fundamental change that makes us all grow as a collective. There’s some work to do around emotional safety, and that’s been the vibe with several important points in Pisces. Pisces isn’t really able to provide safety, because safety requires boundaries and that is actually the opposite of how Pisces works. Pisces absorbs and is porous. There’s an ephemeral quality, but ALL is allowed into Pisces. Pisces is the gate of eternity.
Well no wonder we are all tired.

On Friday February 7th, Pisces Neptune conjoined the North Node. It was some big, future-karma point for us all. A turning point--emotionally-- no matter how mundane the day went. Neptune is a transpersonal planet that will confuse, delude, and dream. Neptune will click some gears into our future, and there will be a shift and we probably won't see it until we are looking in the rearview. It might be happening on a subtle level, within our water, and the dissolve has....happened..... Something is underpinning this very potent time for ideas/ understanding and change for humanity. The emotional and spiritual coil has reminded us to follow our spiritual rope. Hopefully it's tied to something?
The Aquarian flavor is high, with Pluto holding court, and on Sunday February 9th we have an important Cazimi when the Aquarian Sun eats Mercury while squaring Uranus in Taurus. This is some big, SHAZAM-Y stuff. Uranus rules this whole operation and deals in surprise, revolution, and flashes of insight. Uranus deals in change. Mercury merges with the Sun to disseminate a thousand ideas into the collective, and have everyone in the field uplevel. Ideas, innovations, and revolutions are born in this energy, and that can be on a personal level and in the collective.
This is a good day to look at our mental state, our realizations, our inspirations, and our ideas. What's brewing, and what can you bring to the table?
Also that same Sunday, Pisces Saturn will trine Cancer Mars (in retrograde) so there will be some help with boundaries, responsibilities, and what we are willing to take on. Again, we’ll have to figure out what is emotionally and spiritually true-- so we can master our pursuit of what we want--and that’s under review. Something reveals itself, and likely is healing, in its energy today. Water energy is subtle, except when it's not.
Monday, February 10th gives us Mercury perfecting a square with Uranus, so surprises and change will abound. Information and facts will have to have some kind of reality check, and our way of thinking might need to realign. Of course, this is true for everybody all the time--so then how can it even have meaning if it’s universal? We all get our lessons on different dinner plates, in different cuisine, until we understand the lesson. There is this idea of breaking change, a double take, a diversion, frustration, or a push. Air versus earth, dust storms, tornadoes, and movement of soil/land/roots.
On Tuesday February 11th, Aquarium Sun makes the fixed square with Taurus Uranus. Again, Uranus rules this friction, and brings Sun into the wild fold of unpredictability, change, and weirdness. Our egos and expectations must be prepared for changes, extra guests, new venues, total redirects. This energy is mounting, by the way. And that deep, emotional, pulse of spiritual importance is still in the background. There is this rhythm of the new (Aquarian) and old (Pisces) gods. Alien vs. Thor.
On Wednesday February 12th it really pops off with a dramatic full Moon in Leo making a T square with Uranus in Taurus at the apex. (!) Mercury is still pretty close to Aquarian Sun. There is a show, for sure, with surprises and twists and turns. Relationships might be challenged by what wants to be seen, so desperately, or what will not be witnessed, acknowledged, or given credit to. This Moon is ruled by this Sun, and this Sun is ruled by Uranus. What does that mean? It’s all totally unpredictable, likely to force us into accepting changes and seeing what’s there, and many of us will be in a showdown between ourselves and the group. Leo is led by heart, and Aquarius is led by humanity. The spirit of a lion goes against the social construct. Are you a revolutionary, or a heretic? Where do we go too far for ourselves and sacrifice everyone else’s peace? How do we deal with the difficult person? Who do we abandon and who do we hold close?
Richard Tarnas calls Uranus the Promethean planet. In essence, Uranus--the ruler of of this epoch-- with Pluto’s force ripping through the Aquarian terrain, is our current old/new god energy. Uranus was part of the old-god pantheon that messed with Zeus, and ultimately played some pretty big trickster cards. Prometheus betrayed Zeus to give humanity fire, and then paid dearly for it. Prometheus loved humanity so much, he gave us technology, understanding, he let us in on secrets. Astrology is is Aquarian and Uranian.
Prometheus is a trickster.
How bad does it have to get for us all to wake up?
Why do we normalize insanity?
Why are we listening, watching, and giving credence to insane people, doing insane things, every day? It's happening all the time. Everywhere. Insane people take the keys to the car because they are insane enough to want to drive. And we let them. Because we are used to normalizing it.
Does someone have you convinced that some orange haired man is more important than YOU? The energy of love, service, and care that you provide?
Who is keeping score? Pretty sure Prometheus will keep this game interesting.
What matters most right now: is where your attention, your energy, your power goes. You are a generator of consciousness! You are a reflector.
So your job– right now– is to be energy/ attention hygienic. What is your power? What is your gift? How are you spreading it? You probably know– you have a secret sauce/smell/design/motion/wink/flirt/magic and you probably don’t know that your attention, your power, your divinity has more power in making the world what you want it to be-- versus fighting what you don’t want.
Look-- at the risk of sounding like an annoying love/light/privileged/ out of touch/ Gen Xer: there is so much YOU that you could be devoting to what you LOVE and are passionate about, and there are people who want to lure you into the drama. Don’t get dragged into something that isn’t yours– pay attention to your here-and-now, your immediate circumstances, your closest allies. See yourself as a leader, as a change maker, and start to promote what you are! Especially if you don't see yourself as particularly special.
Those are the most special of all!
If you are broken and sad, and have no energy to promote what you are; even better. Then-- dream baby, DREAM! Don’t get seduced by the orange haired siren or whatever person keeps breaking your heart. Insanity wants attention. It wants drama. It wants YOU. What do you want? Put your eyes, your energy, your focus, your heart into what you LOVE.
Insanity will kick you out of the house and then say "look what you made me do!" Insanity will hurt you and then be mad at you for being hurt. Now you've hurt them!
Meanwhile, you could have been dealing with things/people/ ideas that are yours. You could be focusing on your PURPOSE. Your LOVED ONES. Your ANIMAL.
Brushing it under the rug? That’s the old way bro. Now we’re calling shit out. No more of that. You aren’t cancelled, but you can’t treat people like that. It’s not ok. You don’t get to act like that anymore in this collective. But also, when you're ready, let's talk about this, with some people-- in the interest of everyone coming out better...
The media wants to amplify things that get your attention, spread fear, and then we make decisions from anxiety. Your attention is GOLD. This Piscean repose says that we are better than that. We are earth beings. We need sleep. We need dreams. We need love. We need trees.
Your not helping the world by “informing” yourself; you’re keeping yourself in a feedback loop of trauma. Break free– like Prometheus– and join me. These oligarchs have no soul and possibly less brains– and I have no time for them. The new world we are building from the heart of the old gods–, it’s going to be better. Even if I have to have my liver eaten by an eagle on the side of a cliff for all eternity. Karma’s a bitch. But change must come.
